Terms of Service
By using ElectraKit ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. ElectraKit provides electrical engineering calculation tools for professional reference use.
Acceptable Use: You may use ElectraKit for personal and commercial engineering work. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute our calculation engines or data tables.
Pro License: A Pro purchase grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license to use Pro features. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not generated any Pro reports.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection: ElectraKit collects minimal data. We store your email and name when you sign in via OAuth (Google/GitHub). Calculation inputs are stored locally or in your project database if you are signed in.
Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to third parties.
Third-Party Services: We use Stripe for payment processing and Vercel for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies.
Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@electrakit.com.
Engineering Disclaimer
ElectraKit provides calculation tools that reference NEC (NFPA 70), IEC 60364, IEEE 1584, IEEE 141, and other published electrical standards.
These tools are for professional reference only. Results should always be verified by a licensed professional engineer or electrician before use in any real-world installation or design.
ElectraKit assumes no liability for errors in calculations, code interpretations, or any consequences arising from the use of these tools. Local jurisdiction requirements may differ from the standards referenced.
